Are you ready to take your business to the next level? I sure hope so because I’ve got some game-changing tech systems to share with you.

I’m going to spill the beans on my favorite top tech systems that I use day-to-day in my business that I know can help your business. Believe me, I have tried a lot (and I mean A LOT) of different tech in my career. I’m talking email marketing, project management, website hosting, social media automation, and more. I’ve tested and curated a list of the best tools (in my opinion) that will make your life easier, and your business run like a well-oiled machine. All of these tools that I am going to share with you today, are tools that I am currently using for my own business and assisting my clients in their business.

Let’s get ready to embrace the power of technology and take your business to the next level!

Email Marketing – ConvertKit

Email marketing is essential for any business, and ConvertKit is a top choice for entrepreneurs of all levels. It’s user-friendly, flexible, and offers advanced features such as automation and segmentation to help you reach the right audience at the right time. Plus, you can set up email sequences and automations to save you time and effort.

Customer Relationship management (CRM)- Dubsado or HoneyBook

Customer relationship management (CRM) is another crucial aspect of business operations. Dubsado and HoneyBook are two top-rated options that offer features such as client onboarding, invoicing, and project management. With these tools, you can keep track of all your clients’ information and communication in one place.

Project Management – Trello or ClickUp

Staying on top of projects can be overwhelming, but Trello and ClickUp can help. Both offer intuitive interfaces, task management, and collaboration tools to keep your team on track and productive. You can also easily assign tasks and set deadlines to ensure everything stays on schedule.

Website Hosting – Bluehost

A reliable website host is essential for any online business. Bluehost is a popular choice for its affordable pricing, 24/7 support, and ease of use. Plus, it offers a free domain name and SSL certificate to help secure your website.

Website Domain – Namecheap

Namecheap is a go-to option for website domain registration. It offers competitive pricing, a user-friendly interface, and excellent customer support. You can easily purchase and manage domain names with Namecheap, making it a hassle-free experience.

Scheduling – Calendly

Scheduling appointments and meetings can be a hassle, but Calendly streamlines the process. It syncs with your calendar, eliminates back-and-forth emails, and sends reminders to all parties involved. Plus, you can set up custom availability and meeting types to suit your needs. Does your son have a soccer game on Monday? Need to take the cat to the vet? Simply change your availability within your Calendly app.

Storage and Documents – Google Drive

Cloud storage and document management are a must for any business. Google Drive offers a user-friendly interface, collaboration tools, and ample storage space. You can easily create, store, and share documents with your team, making it a seamless process.

Conference Software – Zoom

With remote work on the rise, video conferencing software is more important than ever. Zoom is a reliable and easy-to-use option that offers features such as screen sharing, virtual backgrounds, and breakout rooms. You can easily host meetings, webinars, and virtual events with Zoom. If you’re recording your audio (maybe for a podcast or video), you can even split your audio up for additional editing capabilities.

Password Sharing – LastPass

Keeping track of passwords can be a headache, but LastPass makes it easy. It securely stores passwords and auto-fills them, so you don’t have to remember them all.

We all know life happens, employees come and go. With LastPass you can easily share passwords with team members and revoke access as needed.

Social Media Automation – SocialBee

Social media is a crucial part of any business’s marketing strategy. SocialBee automates the process, so you can schedule and publish posts across multiple platforms, and monitor your analytics from a single dashboard. You can also create custom content categories and evergreen content to save time and effort.

Keeping track of metrics and data is crucial for making informed business decisions. Lucidchart offers easy-to-use data visualization tools to help you understand your data and make sense of complex information. You can easily create diagrams, flowcharts, and mind maps to visualize your data.

There you have it – the top tech systems for your business. Implementing these tools can help streamline your operations, boost productivity, and ultimately, help you grow your business.

Some of these tools may be affiliate links, but I would never recommend something to someone that I myself don’t use in my business. So, what are you waiting for? Give them a try and see for yourself!
